Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and Return Policy – Dar Rina Store


1- Exchange Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and statutory warranty, the customer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of the order. No exchange is allowed after this period.


2- To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition.


3- The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the exchange. For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivery of the product to the shipping company.


  1. If a defect or error is found, the customer will be compensated accordingly.
  • For seasonal offers, the exchange period is 3 days only.
  • For promotions such as discounts or “buy one get one free”, only the main product can be exchanged, while the free item cannot.
  • Each product can be exchanged once only; exchanged items are not eligible for another exchange.

Products are not eligible for exchange in the following cases:

1- If a defect appears due to customer misuse.

2- If the product (dress) has been customized or altered based on the customer’s request.


2- Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and statutory warranty, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and return the purchased product within three (3) days of receiving it. No returns are accepted after this period.


2- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and not benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.


3- The customer shall bear all return costs. For international returns, the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company.


If a defect or error is found, the customer will be compensated.

Additionally, if the order was paid online, payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refunded amount in case of a return.

  • For seasonal offers, the return period is 1 day only.
  • For promotions such as discounts or “buy one get one free”, both items must be returned together, and only one return per product is allowed, as stated in the exchange policy.


Products are not eligible for return in the following cases:

1- If a defect appears due to customer misuse.

2- If the product (dress) has been customized or altered based on the customer’s request.

3- If the product has been used or the tag/label has been removed.

Note: Products shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for exchange or return.


Please note:

  • Shipping fees shown to the customer during the order are non-refundable if the customer requests a return or exchange.
  • If the mistake is from the customer, the customer will bear shipping costs for both delivery and return.
  • If the mistake is from the Dar Rina store will cover all shipping costs.
