Exchange and Return Policy

Dar Rina Store

Out of confidence in our products, we provide a return and exchange policy that meets your needs. However, you must ensure that all conditions are met when submitting your request.


1. Exchange Policy

1. Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. The consumer may not request an exchange after the seven-day period has passed.


2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and without having benefited from it in any way. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure it is in acceptable condition.

The consumer shall bear the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product.

International exchanges are not accepted for customers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In cases where the product has defects or an error occurred, the consumer will be compensated.


3. Products that include free items as part of an offer must be returned along with the free item when requesting an exchange.


4. Discounted items may be exchanged as long as the replacement item is of the same value or higher than the original product.


5. Products offered during seasonal promotions—such as National Day, Founding Day, and similar occasions—may only be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order.


6. Evening dresses can be exchanged within 24 hours only from the date of receiving the order.


7. No exchange request will be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt, as recorded by the shipping company.


8. The security tag (the ribbon attached to the item) must not be removed or damaged—otherwise, the item cannot be exchanged.

All price tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

The item must be free of any fragrances, odors, or cosmetic traces.

A copy of the invoice must be included with the product.


9. Exchanges for another item must be of equal or higher value.

Items cannot be exchanged for products of lower value.


10. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional 20 will be deducted as COD service fees.


11. Customers must contact Customer Service to issue an exchange airway bill. The airway bill is valid for 7 days from its creation date, and the exchange request will be cancelled if the item is not handed over to the shipping company within the allowed period.


12. The customer must hand over the item to the shipping company along with the airway bill sent to them. The exchange will be processed once the item is received and inspected in its original condition.


13. The customer may choose to receive the exchange value as a shopping voucher, usable for future purchases on the website, after deducting 25 as delivery service fees. (Optional)


Exchange Fees (via shipping companies)

  • 90 exchange fee if the original order had free shipping.


  • 60 exchange fee.


  • 80 exchange fee for Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable).


Exchange Fees (via Dar Rina delivery representatives – Instant Delivery)

in Riyadh:


  • 90 exchange fee if the original order had free shipping.


  • 60 exchange fee.


  • 80 exchange fee COD.



in Jeddah:


  • 150 exchange fee if the original order had free shipping.


  • 100 exchange fee.


  • 120 exchange fee COD.





If the customer fails to respond to the shipping companies or Dar Rina representatives when attempting to collect the item, the customer will bear all shipping costs.

In COD orders, a report may be filed with the authorities if the customer refuses receipt.


Note: If the store is at fault, Dar Rina will cover all shipping costs.


Products purchased under any offer—discounts, bundle deals, or seasonal promotions—may be exchanged only once, provided they meet the conditions listed above.

A previously exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.


The consumer is NOT entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If a defect occurs due to the consumer’s misuse.
  2. If the product (dress) has been altered or tailored according to the customer’s request.


2. Return Policy


1. Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product within three (3) days from the date of receiving the product.

The consumer loses this right after the three-day period has passed.


2. To be eligible for return, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and without having benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the return.

The consumer bears the shipping cost if they wish to return the item.

International returns are not accepted for customers outside Saudi Arabia.

If the product has defects or an error occurred, the consumer will be compensated.


3. Products purchased with free items cannot be returned and may only be exchanged as per the exchange policy.


4. Seasonal promotional items—such as National Day, Founding Day, etc.—cannot be returned under any circumstances and may only be exchanged as per the exchange policy.


5. Discounted items cannot be returned, but may be exchanged as stated in the exchange policy.


6. Evening dresses can be returned within 24 hours only from the date of receiving the order.


7. No return request will be accepted if more than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt, according to the shipping company's records.


8. The security tag must not be removed or damaged.

All labels, tags, and accessories must be intact.

The item must be free of odors, fragrances, or cosmetic traces.

A copy of the invoice must be included.


9. Cash refunds are not provided immediately.

For COD orders, refund amounts will be transferred via bank transfer after the returned package is received, inspected, shipping fees are deducted, and within the specified processing time.


10. Customers must contact Customer Service to issue a return airway bill. The airway bill is valid for 7 days from its creation date, and the return request will be closed if the item is not handed over within the allowed period.

The allowed return period remains 3 days, as stated above.


11. The customer must deliver the item to the shipping company with the airway bill provided.

The refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected in its original condition.


Return Fees (via shipping companies)

  • 60 return fee if the original order had free shipping.


  • 30 return fee.


  • 40 return fee for COD orders (if applicable).


Return Fees (via Dar Rina delivery representatives – Instant Delivery)

in Riyadh:

  • 60 return fee if the original order had free shipping.


  • 30 return fee.


  • 40 return fee for COD orders (if applicable).



in Jeddah:

  • 100 return fee if the original order had free shipping.


  • 50 return fee.


  • 60 return fee for COD orders (if applicable).







If the customer does not cooperate with shipping companies or Dar Rina representatives to hand over the return item—or delays beyond the allowed period—the customer will bear all shipping costs, and the return will be rejected with no refund issued.


Note: If the store is at fault, Dar Rina will cover all shipping costs.


Products purchased under any offer—discounts, “buy one get one,” or any promotional deal—are not eligible for returns, but may be exchanged as outlined in the Exchange Policy.


The consumer is NOT entitled to return the product in the following cases:


  1. If a defect occurs due to the consumer’s misuse.


  1. If the product (dress) has been altered or tailored according to the customer’s request.


  1. Promotional and discounted items.

Note: Products purchased from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia cannot be returned or exchanged.
