  1. Dar Rina store: Includes all forms of the store available online, whether an electronic application, website, or physical retail outlet.
  2. Consumer: Any person engaging in e-commerce with the intention of obtaining products or services offered through the store’s online platform.
  3. Agreement: Refers to these terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties to this agreement.




Article 2 – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

  1. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity under Sharia and applicable law to engage with Dar Rina store and that their age is not less than 18 years.
  2. In case of violation of this clause, the consumer shall bear full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.



Article 3 – Nature of Commitment

  1. The store’s primary commitment to consumers is to provide the service or product offered.
  2. The store may also provide additional services such as after-sales support or other related services, depending on the nature of the purchased product or service.




Article 4 – Usage Regulations

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use any service or product purchased from the store in any way that violates public morals or Saudi law.



Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership or registering as a user of the store, you are required to disclose specific information and choose a username and confidential password to access store services. You hereby agree to:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and to notify Dar Rina store immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  2. The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, whether moral or material, resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
  3. You agree to personally use your account and are fully responsible for all actions taken under it. Use by another person will be deemed authorized by you.
  4. You agree to use the store seriously and honestly.
  5. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration at Dar Rina store and to update it when necessary.
  6. The store undertakes to treat your personal and contact information with full confidentiality.
  7. If the store determines that you have provided false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, Dar Rina store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or account without prejudice to its other legal rights.
  8. Failure to comply with the above terms gives the store the right to suspend, cancel, or restrict your access to its services at any time.




Article 6 – Electronic Communications and Official Channels

  2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall have the same legal effect as written documents.
  3. The consumer agrees to receive notifications or communications related to this agreement through public or direct messages sent by the store administration.




Article 7 – Amendments and Fees

  1. If any provision of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force until otherwise notified by the store.
  2. This agreement — subject to amendment as necessary — forms the understanding and framework of the relationship between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on offers, products, services, or government taxes applicable to specific items.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with this agreement and applicable laws.




Article 8 – Payment and Settlement Services

  1. The store provides payment and settlement systems through its partners, which may include online payment methods or any other means introduced periodically.
  2. The store commits to pricing its products or services according to prevailing market values.
  3. The store must issue invoices, receipts, and delivery confirmations for all transactions and provide the consumer with a purchase receipt.
  4. The store shall maintain accounting standards recognized for e-commerce in compliance with this agreement and relevant legal and economic principles.




Article 9 – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by Dar Rina store, whether established before or after the launch of this platform.
  2. The consumer agrees to respect all intellectual property rights of the store, including its name, logos, symbols, and any related materials, as they are the exclusive intellectual property of the store.



Article 10 – Store Liability

  1. The store undertakes to operate legally and in accordance with Saudi laws and this agreement.
  2. The store is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, including those related to consumers or third parties such as shipping companies.
  3. Dar Rina store, its employees, and representatives commit to ensuring that all products and services are lawful and authorized under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.




Article 11 – Access Restriction or Termination

The store may suspend, cancel, or restrict the consumer’s access or membership at any time and without prior notice, for any reason deemed appropriate.




Article 12 – Governing Law

This Terms of Use Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legal provisions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi authorities.




Article 13 – General Provisions

If any provision of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and effective until otherwise determined by the store’s management.


This Terms of Use Agreement — which may be amended from time to time — constitutes the entire understanding and legal relationship between the store and the consumer. Both parties acknowledge and agree that:


  1. Arabic is the governing language for interpreting this agreement and any translated version.
  2. All prices of products or services may be changed periodically.
  3. Promotional and marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  4. Both parties shall act in accordance with Sharia principles and applicable laws governing commercial relations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  5. This agreement may only be terminated by a formal decision issued by the store’s management.
